A chef does magic with his ingredients, a director with his actors. Innovative chef,
Joël is given the mission to visit the rehearsal of Love Song 2010, yet another unconventional work by the promising young director, Li Ming-Chen, and invent a dish accordingly. See the director and the chef at work, and what connects their art. Joël matches squid with traditional dragon beard candy—“a fishy taste that works”—and Ming-Chen thinks that corresponds to his logic in theater!
