「我不去想舞蹈是什麼，也不去想它有多重要，因為它就是跟我在一起。」

編舞家董怡芬，自小學舞，最喜歡即興課，國中便展現編舞天分，沒有規則對錯的舞蹈世界­，深刻影響她的創作之路。2011年轉換創作方式，嘗試從舞蹈出發的劇場表演，帶來「­我」系列三部曲《我沒有說》、《我不在這》、《我不是我》，跨界音樂、肢體、劇場的驚­艷演出。

本專題特別邀請許多舞蹈素人到戶外，利用簡單的指令共同即興創作，重新定義身體的運用­方式，和怡芬一塊「玩」出舞蹈況味。

Choreographer, TUNG, I-Feng, recalls how she loved the improvisation classes she had as a child, which opened up a world for her, a world that is not about right or wrong. This openness finds expression in her works, where she explores the rich possibilities beyond borders that separate theatre and dance, language and body, art and game. In this video, the choreographer invites people without background in dance to join an outdoor workshop where they redefine the body with improvisation.
